On occasion we all may have call to use the Live Help facility offered by many online bingo brands. Often it’s for a simple query but one that we would like answered immediately rather than waiting for a response via email. Here at Bingo.vg we often have more call then most to use this function because we are looking for answers to specific questions for our pages and recently we had to visit Live Help at Party Bingo.
What an absolute joke! First and foremost the function is only available to players who have made a deposit with Party Bingo – why? Why are new players not given access to the feature, are they not as important as those who have deposited money to the site? A definite wrong move in our opinion because non-depositing players are the depositing players of the future (although not if they have any sense to be honest!)
Secondly, we wanted to ask a simple question regarding the minimum withdrawal amount, something not glaringly obvious
- Clicked on the Live Help Button
- Entered first name and email address with a short description of query
- Were notified that we were number one in the queue and an operator would be with us “shortly”
- Five minutes passed, still number one in the queue, no operator attended us
- Ten minutes passed, still number one in the queue, apparent absence of an operator
- Fifteen minutes passed, gave up and closed the Live Help screen
So let’s try the telephone:
- Answered within seconds
- Pleasant young lady answered who unfortunately had a little trouble understanding English but we got there in the end and she directed me to the information I required (which can be found on our Party Bingo Bonus and Codes page).
Still, this doesn’t detract from the nightmare that is Live Help at although a little redemption from the quick response received when telephoning.
