What is the legal / authentic weight of poker chips?

I found 9 grams, 11.5g, 13, & 14,5 grams

Most casinos NV-chip, using 11.5 grams weigh. Sometimes a little heavier chip is found, but more than 11.5 grams of chips are very rare.
